Ginger Quail with Hoisin Glaze

  1. Lay out quail and pat dry. Add light coat of 5 spice rub, chopped ginger and chopped green onion to each quail
  2. Place quail on hot grill and cook to 160 degrees internal temp. Glaze with hoisin sauce in the last couple of minutes
  3. Take quail off and cut in half and drizzle with hoisin sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
