Ingredients:
- 1lb of GameKeeper Butchery Semi-Boneless Quail
- ¼ cup of fresh Ginger Chopped
- ¼ cup of Chopped Green Onion
- 1tsp of Chinese 5 Spice
- ½ cup of Hoisin Sauce
Directions:
- Lay out quail and pat dry. Add light coat of 5 spice rub, chopped ginger and chopped green onion to each quail
- Place quail on hot grill and cook to 160 degrees internal temp. Glaze with hoisin sauce in the last couple of minutes
- Take quail off and cut in half and drizzle with hoisin sauce.
- Enjoy!
