Ingredients:
- 4- ½ pound GameKeeper Butchery Venison Burger Patties
- 4- Large Brioche Buns
- 1tbls smokehouse bbq sauce
- 1tbls spicy brown mustard
- 2 whole jalapenos
- 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
- Leaf lettuce
Directions:
- Light charcoal and get the fire hot
- Split and seed jalapenos and blister over the fire then chop fine
- Grill burgers to a medium 140-145 degrees internal and remove
- Toast buns over the fire and remove
- Build burger. Top bun smokehouse bbq sauce, pepper jack cheese and leaf lettuce. Bottom bun spicy mustard and chopped jalapenos.
