Smokehouse Southwest Venison Burger

  1. Light charcoal and get the fire hot
  2. Split and seed jalapenos and blister over the fire then chop fine
  3. Grill burgers to a medium 140-145 degrees internal and remove
  4. Toast buns over the fire and remove
  5. Build burger. Top bun smokehouse bbq sauce, pepper jack cheese and leaf lettuce. Bottom bun spicy mustard and chopped jalapenos.
  6. Enjoy!
