Cajun Wild Boar Gravy and Biscuits

  1. Brown ground wild boar in a dutch oven skillet
  2. Sift in AP flour and add cajun seasoning
  3. Add in milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Gravy will thicken
  4. Serve gravy over a biscuit
  5. Enjoy!
